Our Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough begins with the same slow-fermented, organic base that defines all of our bread, then layers in plump raisins, warm cinnamon, and a touch of coconut sugar for a loaf that is as satisfying as it is comforting.
This is not a sweet bread dressed up as sourdough. The fermentation process remains unchanged, which means you get the same complex flavor and open crumb as our Classic, with a warmth and sweetness that makes it exceptional toasted with butter or enjoyed on its own.
Baked in a dedicated gluten-free facility with no gums, no additives, and nothing unnecessary.

The extended wild fermentation process breaks down fermentable carbohydrates that trouble many people with IBS and digestive sensitivities, making this one of the few commercially available breads compatible with a low FODMAP diet.
Storage
Best enjoyed within three to four days of arrival. Slice and freeze for up to six months and toast directly from frozen whenever you want a perfectly fresh slice.

We currently offer a next-day delivery service for all orders placed before 2pm between Monday and Friday. Other delivery options are available upon request. We are only shipping domestically at this time.
