Real sourdough fermentation in a gluten-free bagel is rare. We do it anyway. Naturally leavened with our organic brown rice starter and cold-fermented overnight, these bagels deliver the satisfying chew, crisp golden crust, and complex flavor that bagel lovers expect, without a trace of gluten or a single binding agent.
Most gluten-free bagels are a dense round roll in a bagel costume. These are the real thing, with the pull and chew a bagel is supposed to have. Toasted with cream cheese, built into a breakfast sandwich, or eaten straight from the bag, they hold their own any morning of the week.
Baked in a dedicated gluten-free facility with no xanthan gum, no seed oils, and no additives of any kind.

The extended wild fermentation process breaks down fermentable carbohydrates that trouble many people with IBS and digestive sensitivities, making these one of the few commercially available bagels compatible with a low FODMAP diet.
Storage
Best enjoyed within three days of arrival. Slice and freeze for up to six months and toast directly from frozen for a perfectly fresh bagel anytime.

We currently offer a next-day delivery service for all orders placed before 2pm between Monday and Friday. Other delivery options are available upon request. We are only shipping domestically at this time.
