Lemon Sugar
Fresh lemon zest and pale ivory organic cane sugar crystals are used to craft didi davis food Lemon Sugar. So versatile for bakers: use in fruit crisp or coffee cake topping, on blueberry muffins, butter/sugar cookies, scones, or sweet breads before baking. Also use to glaze butter-sautéed vegetables or fruit (pears, apples, pineapple), in beverages or as a cocktail rimmer. Just a dusting on fish, in a rub for pork or poultry. Use Lemon Sugar in place of brown sugar in the classic fresh strawberry-sour cream-sugar dip.
