Some things are worth the wait. Our Oak Smoked Cracked Peppercorns are a true labor of love — coarsely cracked, then slow-smoked for several hours over aged oak bourbon barrels until they reach just the right depth of smoky, complex flavor.
The result is a peppercorn with serious character: bold heat, satisfying crunch, and a rich smokiness that lingers. Use them to finish a dish rather than cook with them — a few grains go a long way and make everything taste like it came from a professional kitchen.
