Our Rosemary and Olive Oil Sourdough takes the slow-fermented foundation of our Classic loaf and builds on it with organic rosemary and a generous pour of organic extra virgin olive oil. The result is a savory, aromatic loaf with a richness that pairs beautifully with everything from a simple dinner to a thoughtfully assembled cheese board.
Like all of our bread, it contains no xanthan gum, no binding agents, and no shortcuts. Just organic whole grains, long fermentation, and ingredients worth tasting.
Baked in a dedicated gluten-free facility.

The extended wild fermentation process breaks down fermentable carbohydrates that trouble many people with IBS and digestive sensitivities, making this one of the few commercially available breads compatible with a low FODMAP diet.
Storage
Best enjoyed within three to four days of arrival. Slice and freeze for up to six months and toast directly from frozen whenever you want a perfectly fresh slice.

We currently offer a next-day delivery service for all orders placed before 2pm between Monday and Friday. Other delivery options are available upon request. We are only shipping domestically at this time.
